At EverLoomWorks, each product is made to order. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

- Damaged  
- Defective  
- Incorrect  

To request a return, contact us at helloeverloomworks@gmail.com with:

- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item  
- A brief description of the issue  

Approved requests will receive a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect size selection  
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse  
- Color preference  
- Normal wear or washing  

Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

3. Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to a defect or error, we will cover the return or replacement.

For any other approved cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or missed deliveries.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
